Contract hot forging and cold forming
Send us your drawing or a sample part. We make the die in our own die shop, send first samples for your approval, then produce and deliver in series. Steel and iron parts from 10 grams to 10 kilograms.

Cold forming
Pressing and forming on hydraulic presses without heating, for tight dimensional accuracy and less machining.

The same team works with you from the first call to shipment.

Drawing or sample
Send a technical drawing, a sample part or a photo, with material, quantity and tolerances.

Review and quote
We decide whether the part is hot or cold formed and on which press, then give you a price and lead time.

We machine the die in our own die shop.

Sample approval
We measure the first parts and send them to you. Series production starts only with your approval.

We produce and deliver in the agreed batches.

Contract forged parts
About
Kumbasar Çelik Dövme was founded in 1975 in Ümraniye, Istanbul, as a hand tool workshop. With new presses in 1990 we began supplying contract and series forged parts to the construction, automotive, agricultural spare parts and machinery industries.
Today we are a mid-sized forge with 2,000 tons of annual capacity that makes its own dies. The people who take your order, machine the die and run the press work under the same roof.
